Maria Michails

Maria Michails is an interdisciplinary new media artist without borders, allowing place and community to dictate the project. She creates human-powered installations that address the relationship between energy and resources in crisis specific to place.

Michails is also an educator and writer, a decent cook, a mediocre skier and a has-been climber.
